PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The TC-300 A/B series are rigid low modulus polyurethane foam systems that can be easily mixed with a high shear blade mixer or through foam dispensing units. This system provides good impact resistance with high flexural and shear strenght. The good flow characteristics of the TC-300 A/B series allow intricate mold cavities to be easily filled. Demold time is short, 15-18 minutes or less. Cured parts can be nailed, stapled, and painted or stained within a short time after demolding.
NOTE:
The 300 series is resistant to gasoline, oils, dilute acids and bases, and most unsaturated hydrocarbons. Recommended mold release is Challenge 90.
