BJB is always seeking better products that are safer to use and will meet environmental standards. Challenge 90 was created with these ideas in mind incorporating the goal of having little or no transfer of release to molded parts.
Challenge 90 is primarily a release for flexible and rigid polyurethane elastomers and foams. it can be used for other types of systems as well. However, it is advisable to test it prior to its use with all systems.
Challenge 90 dries at room temperature, forming a monomolecular film, which adheres to mold surface by absorption and has little or no affinity for the resin. This release does not contain any silicones or waxes and does not interfere with painting, bonding or plating operations with most polyurethane materials.
